Skinny Blue Cheese Dressing

  • 1/2 cup blue cheese or 3/4 cup if you like it stronger
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • salt to taste
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Adjust seasoning if needed.
