Green Tea Rice
- 2 cups of Basmati rice
- 4 cups of vegetable stock
- 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil
- 8 cloves of garlic, sliced
- 1 green tea bag
Sauté the Basmati rice in the vegetable oil until just slightly golden brown. Add in the garlic, vegetable stock, and green tea bag. Allow the rice to cook until all of the liquid has been absorbed. Then, cover with a lid and let the rice sit for 10 minutes.
