Breakfast

  • Egg White Frittata with Sweet Potato, Spinach, Sun-Dired Tomatoes and Feta, Turkey Bacon, Fresh Fruit  (2)

 Lunch/Dinner (2 of each meal)

  • Chicken Meatballs with Chipotle Citrus BBQ Sauce, Wild Rice, Sauteed Collard Greens
  • Italian Turkey Sausage & Spinach Lasagna (with Whole Wheat Pasta)
  • Jamaican Jerk Swai with Mango Pineapple Salsa, Sweet Potato Slices, Roasted Garlic Caulilflower
  • Kung Pao Salmon, Veggie Fried Rice, Green Beans
  • Ground Turkey Taco Bowl with 3 Cheese Farro, Black Bean and Corn Salsa, Corn Tortillas

  • Spinach Lasagna (with Whole Wheat Pasta and Ground Crumbles)
  • Jamaican Jerk Roasted Cauliflower with Mango Pineapple Salsa, Sweet Potato Slices, Sauteed Lemon Garlic Spinach
  • Kung Pao Vegetables, Veggie Fried Rice, Green Beans
  • Taco Bowl with Savory Farro, Black Bean and Corn Salsa, Corn Tortillas

 

All meals can have grains substituted with all vegetables for a lower calorie meal.
