  • Flat Iron Steak with Argentinian Chimichurri, Brown Rice, Roasted Zucchini, Red Onion & Bell Pepper
  • Chicken Sweet Potato & Black Bean Enchiladas with a Side Salad
  • Tandoori Chicken with Quinoa & Roasted Vegetable Medley
  • Halibut with Mustard Caper Sauce, Roasted Baby Red Potatoes and Mediterranean Vegetables
  • Thai Coconut Curry Shrimp with Vegetables and Brown Rice

  • Sweet Potato & Black Bean Enchiladas with a Side Salad
  • Tandoori Chik'n with Quinoa & Roasted Vegetable Medley
  • White Bean Burger with Romesco Sauce, Roasted Red Onion and Root Vegetable Fries
  • Thai Coconut Curry Vegetables and Brown Rice

All meals can have grains substituted with all vegetables for a lower calorie meal.
