- Teriyaki Salmon, Horseradish Mashed Cauliflower, Lemon Garlic Spinach
- Jerk Chicken (Jerk Cauliflower for Vegan), Coconut Brown Rice & Peas, Braised Cabbage
- Sweet Potato & Chicken Curry with Wild Rice and Broccoli (no chicken for Vegan)
- Mango Habanero Coconut Shrimp with a Mango Salsa, Caribbean Vegetable Quinoa
- Lentil and Brown Rice Jambalaya with Shrimp, Side Salad
All meals can be made vegetarian/vegan or substituted for a vegetarian/vegan meal.
All meals can have grains substituted with all vegetables for a lower calorie meal.
