    • Plant-Based Beef and Broccoli with Brown Rice
    • Honey Lemon Chick'n, Jasmine Rice, Garlic Green Beans
    • Chick'n Teriyaki, Meatballs, Rice, Vegetable Stir-Fry

        All meals can have grains substituted with all vegetables for a lower calorie meal.
