Breakfast

 Lunch/Dinner (2 of each meal)

  • Fish Escovitch - Swai sauteed with onions, peppers and carrots in a chili lime sauce. Served with chimichurri vegetable rice.
  • Jerk Chicken thighs with mango habanero salsa, coconut rice & peas, braised cabbage.
  • Spicy New Orleans BBQ Shrimp, Cilantro Lime Rice, Asparagus
  • Shredded Buffalo Chicken stuffed Sweet Potato with Blue Cheese Sauce
  • Chicken Noodle Bowl: Glass Noodles, Chopped Chicken, marinated cucumbers & carrots, cilantro, lime.

  • Cauliflower Escovitch - cauliflower sauteed with onions, peppers and carrots in a chili lime sauce. Served with chimichurri vegetable rice.
  • Jerk Chik'n with mango habanero salsa, coconut rice & peas, braised cabbage.
  • Spicy New Orleans BBQ Shrimp, Cilantro Lime Rice, Asparagus
  • Shredded Buffalo Chik'n stuffed Sweet Potato with a Vegan Cheese Sauce
  • Chik'n Noodle Bowl: Glass Noodles, Chopped Chik'n, marinated cucumbers & carrots, cilantro, lime.

All meals can have grains substituted with all vegetables for a lower calorie meal.
