- Jerk Chicken thighs with mango habanero salsa, coconut rice & peas, braised cabbage.
- Spicy New Orleans BBQ Shrimp, Cilantro Lime Rice, Asparagus
- Shredded Buffalo Chicken stuffed Sweet Potato with Blue Cheese Sauce
- Chicken Noodle Bowl: Glass Noodles, Chopped Chicken, marinated cucumbers & carrots, cilantro, lime.
