  • Sweet Potato and Spinach Breakfast Burrito - Italian Turkey Sausage, Pico, Spicy Sauce (1)

 Lunch/Dinner (2 of each meal)

  • Chicken Parmesan with Marinara, Whole Wheat Spaghetti & Grilled Zucchini
  • Chipotle Chili Stuffed Sweet Potatoes with Broccoli
  • Chinese Green Beans and Ground Turkey with Brown Rice.
  • Antiguan Jerk Salmon with Mango Pineapple Salsa, Wild Rice, Zucchini & Onions
  • White Wine Tomato Braised Chicken, Mashed Red Potatoes, Spinach

All meals can have grains substituted with all vegetables for a lower calorie meal.
