  • Chicken Parmesan, Brown Rice Spaghetti Noodles, Roasted Broccoli
  • Everything Bagel Salmon, Mashed Sweet Potatoes, Lemon Garlic Asparagus
  • Chicken Shawarma, Pistachio Rice, Zucchini/Onions/Bell Pepper Stir-Fry, Cucumber Tzatziki sauce (pita bread)
  • Honey Bourbon Turkey Chili Stuffed Sweet Potato (Lemon Pepper Chicken Caesar side salad)

  • Chik'n Shawarma, Pistachio Rice, Zucchini/Onions/Bell Pepper Stir-Fry, Cucumber Tzatziki sauce (pita bread)

All meals can have grains substituted with all vegetables for a lower calorie meal.
